Objective: After listening to the story, If I Built a House by Chris Van Dusen, the learners will engage in discussion on how things that bugged Jack in his house led to his new inventions.
2. Explore
Objectives: Learners develop a “bug list” of 10 things that bug them at their home, classroom, or anywhere, share their list with classmates, and then select the top one they think might lead to a cool invention.
3. Summarize
Objective: Learners will engage in whole class discussion on where inventors and engineers find inspiration for challenges.
